Troxy can facilitate a number of different capacities dependent upon what set-up is required. The venue is effectively split into two areas which are the Ground Floor and the Circle. The Ground Floor is split into the Upper Ground (venue entry level) and Lower Ground (three steps separate the upper and lower levels).

The Upper Ground can accommodate 1,100 people seated theatre style or 1,200 people standing. The Lower Ground can accommodate 300 people seated theatre style or 600 people standing, subject to stage size requirements. The maximum combined ground floor capacity for a seated show is 1,400 (approximately) and for a standing show is exactly 1,838.

The Circle is split into four areas. A front row of 55 theatre seats, behind which, 192 VIP seats with tables. There are a further 614 fixed tiered theatre style seats. Of the 614 seats, 130 are restricted view.

With a maximum capacity of 2,661 for live concerts, Troxy possesses an atmosphere that creates a real connection between the performer and the audience. Troxy has an additional capacity of 300 over its nearest venue peers.

Please note, there is also an area set aside for physically disabled customers and their carers.

Facilities

Troxy has had a state of the art concert style EV Line Array sound system and a comprehensive lighting system installed.

The venue has eight dressing rooms and two production rooms. All are furnished and have wireless Internet access. Showers and toilets are also provided backstage.

The maximum stage dimensions are 10.8m x 8.4m and 1.5m in height, with a wing of 3.6m x 2.4m on stage left. There is also a smaller second stage. This is a recessed stage above the main stage and any artist/group performing on this stage will really engage the audience sitting on the Circle.
